You may return or exchange the product within 5 (five) business days of the receipt date, certifying that the product is still sealed and has not been used.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us and we will make it right!

Appointments
Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling (780) 488-0520 or emailing (tmbm@telus.net). If you do not call or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, or if you do not show for your appointment, we will require a non-refundable deposit of CAD$25 for your next booking. The deposit will be used as credit towards your next appointment but will be forfeited if that appointment is changed again.

Late Arrivals

All scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call (780) 488-0520 to see if we can still accommodate your appointment or if we need to reschedule due to insufficient time to complete your service. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and make us late for our other booked appointments, so please inform us of any changes as soon as you can.
